AVConnect 2019 will take place April 30 - May 2, 2019.
AVConnect 2019 will take place in our home city of Toronto! All daytime sessions will take place at the Marriott Downtown at CF Toronto Eaton Centre (525 Bay St, Toronto, ON M5G 2L2, Canada). We’ve set up a discounted room block for conference attendees, which will be available soon. The room rate of $259 CAD/night ($197 USD as of November 6) includes in-room wireless internet.
When you enter Canada, a border services officer will ask to see your passport and a valid visa, if you need one.

If you are a citizen of the United States, you need a passport to fly to or transit through a Canadian airport, but not to enter Canada by land or by boat. You must carry proof of your citizenship, such as a birth certificate, certificate of citizenship or naturalization, or a Certificate of Indian Status, as well as photo identification. If you are a permanent resident of Canada or the U.S, you should bring your Permanent Resident Card with you. If you are a member of a Trusted Traveller program, see Visitors to Canada .

The citizens of many countries require a visa or an ETA (Electronic Travel Authorization) to enter Canada, while the citizens of others do not. Find out if you need a visa or eTA to enter Canada before you leave your home country. Visas are issued by Canadian government offices abroad.

The conference rate schedule is the following:

Early Bird: $549 (Until December 21)
Advanced: $699 (December 22 – February 28)
Regular: $799 (March 1 – May 2)
Team Discount: 50% off for each attendee from the same organization after the 3rd registrant.
All registration fees are in US Dollars (USD).
We’ve fully transitioned to online payments for our 2019 conference and will no longer offer an invoicing option. We accept Visa, MasterCard and American Express. You will get a receipt upon successful online payment that can be used for employer reimbursement.

All registration fees are per attendee and in US Dollars (USD).
Conference registrations are non-refundable, but can be transferred to someone within the same organization. To transfer a registration to a colleague, please contact us at avconnect@audienceview.com.
